Our Facility

The stem cells we use are largely and ethically sourced from donated umbilical cords, or the patient’s or donor’s bone marrow or adipose fat tissue; all of which are processed in line with global industry standards.

Storing & Culturing of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs): Our cell quantities are among the highest in the world, not to mention of the highest quality. We ensure the viability of the cells by cryofreezing them at low temperatures, allowing them to be stored indefinitely without compromising on quality.

Our advanced equipment – worth over $300,000 – enable us to perform stringent quality control on every bag of stem cells. During the process, we remove protein in the solution to minimise incidents of allergies and unwanted responses. We also adhere to strict guidelines in our thawing and transportation process to ensure that the cells are all alive and in optimal conditions when the time comes to be used for treatment.

Our stem cell bank consists of donated umbilical cords that have passed rigorous testing and standards, which guarantee their freshness and potency, largely due to their youth. The umbilical stem cells are then cultured and processed in a sterile laboratory before being stored in cryofreeze units under 24-hour surveillance.

We also provide stem cell storage for personal donors— should you be able to provide us with a willing and suitable donor between the ages of 18 and 30, our medical team will be able to extract approximately 10cl of fluid from the pelvic bone and culture up to 300 million cells, which can be safely stored for 5 years without compromising on quality.
